Quality Assurance Program

FirstDiv's expertise providing quality assurance to support our customers comes from more than six years supporting the DoD and Industry as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) managing technical programs according to ISO9001:2008 standards. We have established Quality Management Systems (QMS) for both industry and Government organizations such as the US Army’s PEO Soldier.  FirstDiv takes the best practices that we have used in support of other DoD programs such as Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), ISO 9001:2008 compliant processes, and implement those best practices for all our programs.

FirstDiv recognizes that managing a QA program involves gaining leadership approval in the form of a program charter. We develop a charter that provides the vision, objectives and business case for the QA program. The charter empowers our QA team to speak with the authority of the command to emphasize the importance of the QA program.

The QA program created by Team FirstDiv serves a multitude of purposes across a program. In each case, we have the ability to leverage a best practices methodology as outlined below:
