Augustine Consulting, Inc (ACI). ACI is a SDVOSB, established in 2007, providing multi-disciplinary engineering, logistics and fielding services for the delivery of technology-based solutions. ACI’s unique Systems-of-Systems Integration approach and experience provides DoD customers with guidance throughout the system lifecycle from capability identification through development to CONUS and OCONUS fielding. ACI worked as a subcontractor for Rich Munson at PEO Soldier. FirstDiv has worked continuously with ACI on a commercial subcontract since our company’s inception. DCS Corporation (DCS). Founded in 1977, DCS Corporation is a large business providing engineering, technical and management services to a variety of government customers. DCS is a privately held, employee-owned engineering services corporation specializing in RDT&E support for platform electronics, weapons, knowledge management, C4ISR and sensors. DCS’s expertise in the full range of weapons systems acquisition from requirements definition through design, integration, and test has made us a technical services industry leader supporting the U.S. Navy, Army, Marine Corps, Ballistic Missile Defense Organization, and other DoD and non-DoD agencies and commercial enterprises. DCS worked as a subcontractor for Rich Munson at PEO Soldier and have been working on business development project together for more than two years. DCS is a current Seaport-e Prime Contractor. ECS is an established, process-driven, and privately held large business providing systems engineering and programmatic expertise to over 30 Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian customers worldwide. ECS invests in obtaining industry certifications for our corporate business, technical processes and project managers. ECS is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20000 certified, and is twice assessed at SEI CMMI Level 3. In addition, ECS is dedicated to providing our customers with highly trained staff - 95 percent of ECS Project Managers possess PMP Certifications. KORD headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, is a woman-owned small business focused on providing engineering, information technology and programmatic support services to defense and civilian agencies. Founded in 2008, KORD has achieved steady growth and employs personnel in Huntsville, AL; Mobile, AL; Aberdeen, MD; Fort Hood, TX; Las Vegas, NV and the national capital region supporting the US Army, NASA, Missile Defense Agency, US Air Force, and the Department of Homeland Security. KORD offers a wide range of services including Systems Engineering, Installation Management, Information Technology, Threat Systems Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics, Software Engineering, Scientific Research and Development, Optical Engineering, and Program Management. Patricio Enterprises (PE). PE is a CVE Verified SDVOSB that provides total life cycle systems support across all phases of the integrated defense acquisition system. Our program analysts provide experienced insight into the systems' requirements determination; performance specification development; program acquisition, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies; and all statutory and regulatory acquisition milestone documentation requirements. Windmill, a Veteran-owned small business, provides innovative solutions and services to the United States and allied governments in support of national security and acquisition programs. Windmill provides strategy, technology and professional services, including: Logistics and Asset Management Support Services; Configuration and Data Management Services; Government Acquisition and Program Management; Foreign Military Sales and Security Assistance; System Test and Support Engineering; Administrative Support and Training; and Tactical SATCOM Product Development. Windmill’s Tactical SATCOM Systems group designs and manufactures lightweight, portable receive suites which enable users to gain access to Global Broadcast Service high-bandwidth data anytime, anywhere—even under the harshest of conditions.
